The BusinessFirst! For A Greater Dayton Region business retention and expansion program began in 1999. The program has grown from 14 communities to 30 and is now a multi-county initiative. Thousands of companies have been visited and positively impacted by the services provided by the BusinessFirst! team.
From the inception of the BusinessFirst! Program, ExecutivePulse has been there to help us achieve our goals in the Greater Dayton Region. Through knowledge gained from the ExecutivePulse platform, we have significantly increased regional collaboration and created a more cohesive team as our partner organizations work to help companies stay, grow and thrive in our region.

We have found ExecutivePulse to be an invaluable tool in our efforts to help retain local businesses and encourage their expansion through the Montana BEAR Program. The ExecutivePulse team have been exceptionally easy to work with and exceedingly responsive to our needs.
Analysis of data through ExecutivePulse is easy; data analysis has proven extremely useful on many fronts including helping us to effectively influence Montana’s legislative process. During the last Legislature, data from the ExecutivePulse system was used to demonstrate a measurable need for incumbent worker training dollars for Montana’s small businesses. As a result, legislation was passed and more than $500,000 per year has been made available for incumbent worker training projects for small businesses.
